3. PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT & HOW WE COLLECT IT
Personal data means any information capable of identifying an individual. It does not include anonymised data.
When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. When you register for an account we may collect personally identifiable information from you, such as your full name, marital status, title, gender, address, phone number and email address. Additionally when you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, we or our third party payment processors will collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit and debit card numbers, PayPal email details), email address, and phone number. We collect information relating to the products and sizes that you may add to your basket and or when ordered. We refer to this information as “Order Information”.
We may collect information regarding the amount of money that you spend with us either on all brands or specific brands, your loyalty discounts, orders placed. We also may make written notes regarding any relevant information that you provide relating to an order, whether it’s a change of address or alternative products or cancellation of an item or order. You may provide us with information by filling in forms on our website(s) or by correspondence with us by phone, email, live chat, social media such as our Facebook Page or otherwise.
We will send email marketing emails to customers who have specifically consented, we hold this information on a website application.
We hold offline data such as a hard copy of your order and for accounting and VAT purposes spreadsheets showing order values, customer details but NO credit or debit card details.
4. HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations).
Additionally, we use this Order Information to:
- Communicate with you;
- Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and
- When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.
We use personal information provided through other means such as telephone, social media via our Facebook Page, email to assist in helping you with any queries and offering you products that may be of interest.
We use information from our Loyalty Rewards App relating to help with any queries you may have or to view customer loyalty discount status for management and review purposes.
We use information from our marketing App to email you our marketing emails.
We use information from our website third party Payment Plan 'Partial.ly Pay' to check payments, chase late payments and generally to check the status of your plan against the order to ensure payments are made in line with the Plan and ensure timely delivery of your order.
We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).
5. SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above. Shopify also includes bolt on third party Applications some of which have no access to your data such as Sale badges and website banner and others that do and are detailed below

Finally, we may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.
6. DATA RETENTION
We will only retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting or reporting requirements.
To determine the appropriate retention period for personal data, we consider the amount, nature and sensitivity of the personal data, the potential risk of harm from unauthorised use or disclosure of your personal data, the purposes for which we process your personal data and whether we can achieve those purposes through other means and the applicable legal requirements.
By law we have to keep basic information about our customers (including Contact, Identity, Financial and Transaction Data) for six years after they cease being customers for tax purposes.
